I got my Sassy pants on!!!

Before Christmas I saw the most amazing jeans from Topshop but I was super poor and couldn't afford them. Since then I couldn't find them and they had disappeared off the website, then a few weeks ago whilst browsing the new added sale lines I spotted them, and on sale!! I had to have them, I went to add them to my basket only to see my size was out of stock, they did have the next size up so I thought I mayaswell give them a go. They are quite big for me but I don't really like to have jeans tight and I couldn't bare to send them back, so I thought I'd make them fit. They are a mom style jean, not quite as high waisted as I usually like but with them being big I could pull them higher with a belt. They have rainbow sequins in a ombré style going all down the front of the jeans with a few rips in, they are just the sassiest jeans I ever did see! I teamed them with a vintage hot pink shirt tucked in to the jeans, with a chunky chain belt on the jeans to hold them up. I wore my new fave Barbie pink fluffy platform sandals, literally gotta be one of the best pairs of shoes Primark or in fact anywhere has ever done. Primark's S/S footwear is so on point, I've already brought about 7 pairs this year (slightly early). I accessorised with the best rainbow sequin backpack, which is gonna be perfect for festivals this summer. Adding even more pink I wore my pink pom-pom earrings and a scrunchie in my hair, I finished off the look with a chunky gold necklace. I literally can't wait for the weather to start getting warmer and cracking out the summer wardrobe, it's so much more fun!!

Flamingos, Florals & Fluff!!!

So we've starting getting our spring/summer collection in at work (Oasis) and there's lots of cute pieces, including this amazing kissing Flamingo jumper! It's pastel pink with two embroidered kissing flamingos to the front, there's also pink sequins on the feathers, which are a really nice holographic pink, but you can't see so well in the pictures. At £40 it's not too badly priced with the detail that's gone into it, it's a lovely knit that isn't too thick so is great for this in-between weather at this time of year. I never really shopped at Oasis before I worked there and the stocks not always to my taste but I think this is one of my fave pieces we've had in, it's super cute and right up my street with the fun flamingos, as I love anything novelty. There's also a grey t-shirt with flamingos on which is absolutely flying out and great if you want something cute and casual and it's a good alternative to the jumper if you don't really do pink. Another piece I got from work is this Floral belted skirt, it's a lovely print with gorgeous colours in a textured material. I tucked the jumper in and wore black tights and I know it may not be summer yet but I went and wore sliders and I'm not one bit sorry! These sliders are literally life, I picked them up in Primark in this pastel pink colour, a hot pink and black and at only £6 they're such a bargain. It may be early for summer shoes but I didn't want to leave it, then they sell out as that's usually the case with Primark, I just hope they do more colours as I would like them in every colour of the rainbow! I finished off the look with my shell bag and some matching hot pink pom-pom earrings and a pom-pom bobble, you can never have too much fluff! I'm also wearing one of my new fave make up items, Limecrime's 'Diamond Crushers' lip topper in 'Choke',  I'm wearing it over Limecrime's 'Velvetines' in 'Teacup' which I think is a perfect match! I love how sparkly and metallic it is, without it being messy like actual glitter lips can often be, I definitely want to try more of the shades!

Jungle fever!!!

So we may have had some terrible weather lately with storm Doris causing a lot of chaos across the country, but we have had some sunshine too and I can definitely feel the temperature heating up a little. I so much prefer spring/summer as I love wearing bright colours and not having to worry about a big coat ruining my outfit. I spotted this amazing shirt on the homepage of H&M a few weeks back on their 'Wild at heart' campaign and instantly fell in love. I was torn between the midi dress and the shirt but thought I'd get more wear out of the shirt so ordered it right away. It's in a lightweight lilac coloured material and the jungle themed print is amazing, the best part of the shirt is the amazing ruffles on the sleeves, and they look just as good in person as they did on the campaign, so I was really pleased with it. I teamed it with some green high waisted Trousers and a chunky belt, as the shirt has so much detail I just wore a simple curb chain necklace and some creole style earrings. I got these fab Gucci style loafers a few weeks back from Primark for £8 which is such a great price and they're a really nice soft material so are so comfy, and they go perfectly with these Trousers. I finished off the look with my fave vintage bag.
