So I actually took photos of this outfit quite a while ago but just hadn't got round to blogging it. The rock/band tee trend is still around though so it's still relevant. I did a similar post a few posts back with this grunge/pretty trend which I absolutely love. There's a bit less to this one as it's just a dress, I had my eye on it for a while and couldn't decide between the plain and Lace back version but I took the plunge with the lace version. Both versions are now in the sale at only £7/8 absolute bargain!
It is a band style t-shirt dress with a cut out deep v and choker neck detail. To the sleeves and back it has black Sheer Lace, so it makes it a little dressier which I love. It is really low which is fine for small busted gals like me but maybe not so good for fuller busts. As I was going to a gig and it was a bit gapey I thought I'd play it safe with a mesh bra with some added strap detail which I think adds to the look. A standard bra probably would've looked weird but this kind of style that's made to be seen is perfect. I wore my fave buckle detail shoes adding to the grungey look with some fishnet socks. I added a bit of girliness to complement the Lace and went for pompom earrings and my rainbow sequin backpack. Finishing off with some blue mirrored sunnies and a deep blue lipstick to pick out the blue in the tee. Although it's quite a casual look the Lace and neck detail makes it an outfit that could easily go from day to night!!
